I am an adamant life-long learner, who enjoys staying up to date in the latest training and developments in pedagogy. Just last summer I completed my International Leadership Certificate from the Principal Training Center in Lisbon. There I completed courses in the latest developments in curricular design and assessment. I then shared these ideas with my teams at my school. That is why this year I am implementing a retreat for each department in which we will assure that all of our units and materials are up to date with the latest research, and a cultural responsive to the needs of our students.
