Manage and monitor the day to day delivery of services

The third standard for general systems roles is "Manage and monitor the day to day delivery of services". This is obviously and ongoing and daily routine. The curriculum is our contract with the families. We promise to provide the knowledge, skills, understandings, and dispositions within that curriculum to the students. As MYP coordinator it is my job to ensure that every single teacher is doing just that. As we approach our progress report deadline, I must assure that all teachers are using our Learning Management System to properly give parents and students access to high-quality feedback through their online grading. Therefore, I conducted an audit of each teacher's grade book to see where they were on the process and most importantly to see who needed help using the system or understanding our procedures.
